Payment and Subscription Terms

Payment Methods.

Payment for services on ChargeBay may be made using PayPal or Apple Pay, depending on availability in the User's region.

​

User Payments.

Users are required to pay for booking a charging slot upon reservation to receive the exact address of the host 24 hours in advance.

​

Host Payments.

  1. Hosts will receive payments from users for each booking in their ChargeBay wallet.

  2. Hosts can request a payout from the ChargeBay admin to cash out their earnings through PayPal.

  3. Payouts will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the request.

  4. An instant cashout option will be available for a service fee of 20% of the wallet value, with a minimum cashout amount of $25.

Subscription Terms.

  1. ChargeBay may offer subscription plans in the future, potentially starting in 2025.

  2. Any subscription plans introduced by ChargeBay will be communicated to Users prior to their launch.

  3. Subscription terms, including pricing, duration, and features, will be clearly outlined to Users upon subscription.

 

Changes to Payment and Subscription Terms.

  1. ChargeBay reserves the right to modify or update these Payment and Subscription Terms at any time without prior notice.

  2. Users will be notified of any changes to the Payment and Subscription Terms via email or through the ChargeBay platform.

  3. Continued use of ChargeBay services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Governing Law.

These Payment and Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

 

Repairs and Cleaning fees.

You shall be responsible for the cost of repair for damage to, or necessary cleaning of, Third Party Provider vehicles and property resulting from use of the Services under your Account over normal “wear and tear” damages and necessary cleaning (“Repair or Cleaning”). If a Third Party Provider reports the need for Repair or Cleaning, and such Repair or Cleaning request is verified by ChargeBay in ChargeBay’s reasonable discretion, ChargeBay reserves the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost of such Repair or Cleaning on behalf of the Third Party Provider using your payment method designated in your Account. ChargeBay will transfer such amounts to the applicable Third Party Provider and are non-refundable.

Beta Testing and Preview Releases

ChargeBay LLC Beta Testing and Preview Release Policy

Overview

ChargeBay LLC ("ChargeBay") offers beta testing and preview releases of its platform ("Platform") to select individuals or groups ("Beta Testers") for the purpose of gathering feedback, identifying bugs, and improving the user experience before the official launch.

 

Eligibility

  1. Participation in beta testing and preview releases is voluntary and subject to eligibility criteria determined by ChargeBay.

  2. Beta Testers may be selected based on factors such as expertise, demographics, or previous engagement with ChargeBay.

 

Confidentiality

  1. Beta Testers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information, features, and functionalities shared during the beta testing and preview releases.

  2. Beta Testers shall not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any information related to the Platform without the prior written consent of ChargeBay.

 

Feedback

  1. Beta Testers are encouraged to provide constructive feedback, suggestions, and bug reports to ChargeBay throughout the beta testing period.

  2. ChargeBay may use feedback provided by Beta Testers to improve the Platform and make necessary modifications before the official launch.

 

Limitations

  1. Beta testing and preview releases are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  2. ChargeBay makes no guarantees regarding the functionality, performance, or availability of the Platform during the beta testing period.

 

Termination of Participation

  1. ChargeBay reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Beta Tester at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

  2. Beta Testers may also choose to withdraw from beta testing at any time by notifying ChargeBay in writing.

 

Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to concepts, designs, and technologies, remain the property of ChargeBay.

  2. Beta Testers acknowledge that their participation in beta testing does not confer any ownership rights or licenses to the Platform.

 

Governing Law

This Beta Testing and Preview Release Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

By participating in beta testing or preview releases, Beta Testers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

Third-Party Integrations

ChargeBay integrates with various third-party services to enhance the user experience and provide additional functionality.

 

Third-Party Services

  1. Google Email Sign Up: ChargeBay offers the option for users to sign up using their Google email accounts. By utilizing this feature, users agree to abide by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  2. Google Maps API: ChargeBay utilizes the Google Maps API to locate hosts and provide directions to users. Users acknowledge and agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service for the use of Google Maps.

  3. PayPal: ChargeBay utilizes PayPal for payouts to hosts. Users agree to abide by PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Policy when using this service.

  4. Apple Pay: ChargeBay offers Apple Pay as a payment method for users. Users agree to comply with Apple's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy when using Apple Pay.

 

Data Sharing

  1. ChargeBay may share necessary user information with third-party service providers to facilitate account creation, location services, payment processing, and payouts.

  2. User data shared with third-party service providers will be governed by their respective privacy policies.

 

User Consent

By using ChargeBay and opting to utilize third-party integrations, users consent to the sharing of their information with the respective third-party service providers as outlined in this policy.

Updates to Policy

  1. ChargeBay reserves the right to update or modify this Third-Party Integrations Policy at any time without prior notice.

  2. Users will be notified of any changes to this policy through the ChargeBay platform or via email.
